Parliamentary Forum of Regions organized in partnership with the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, the Association of Regions of Morocco, the Moroccan Association of Presidents of Prefectural and Provincial Councils and the Moroccan Association of Presidents of Communal Councils, which is part of the realization of the ambitions of the House of Councillors to assume the functions of a «Parliament of the Regions» and acquire a specificity consistent with the new powers and missions assigned to it by the Constitution of 2011, being a continuity of the regions and different territories and a natural institutional space to host and guide the pluralist and participatory debate on issues related to the advanced regionalization and territorial development.
In order to implement a recommendation from the first parliamentary meeting of the Regions, in the same context, several biannual thematic seminars are organized at the level of the Regions.
